The Kitchen is open- Several years ago we visited Brazil, fulfilling my lifelong desire to experience all things bossa nova. Ever since, we've been pulled by similar intrigue to experience the motherland, specifically Portugal's southern region for its beaches and coastal cuisine. The kitchen is open- This week took us to South Korea by way of a craving for flavor and heat that only James Beard Best Chef Awardee Tory Miller could satisfy. We connected with Chef Miller, via Chefstreams, creating magic from his home kitchen in Madison, Wisconsin.
